- Oversee daily IT operations and ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage servers, networks, Wi-Fi, CCTV, PABX, and IT equipment.
- Ensure reliable connectivity, maintenance, and system availability.
- Manage business applications (PMS, POS, HRIS, accounting, etc.).
- Improve system integration and operational efficiency.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the IT team.
- Coordinate IT support across departments.
- Implement cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and recovery.
- Manage system access and user permissions.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendors, and technology costs.
- Prepare IT performance reports and improvement plans.
- Develop IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
Kualifikasi dan Persyaratan
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network, systems, and IT operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
