Kualifikasi dan Persyaratan
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experienced in coordinating with vendors and managing multiple IT projects.
- Proficient in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Technical Support, SLA, IT Asset Management, and SOP.
- Knowledge of Programming, Cybersecurity, and ISO 27001:2022 / ITIL frameworks is a plus.
