Commis Bakery Kopi Kenangan (Jakarta)

Requirement:

• Maximum age : 30 years old.
• Possess SMK, Diploma in Patisserie or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year experience as Commis Pastry in a Bakery/Cake Shop.
• Shift work ; must be willing to work early morning, late evening, weekend and/or holiday.
• Control raw materials and portions as per Company's SOP and ensure food is served at correct temperature.
• Maintain hight standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas at all times.
